In the left-side panel, navigate to Preferences > Settings. Under the "Ad Platforms" section, click on Connections. Here, you can select the platform you want to connect and click Connect to securely manage your ad accounts.
Currently, you can securely connect your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn ad accounts. We are continuously working on adding more platform integrations with TikTok and Google coming soon. (Sign up to console.bestever.ai and get our product updates)
Yes, security is our top priority. We use official, industry-standard API connections (OAuth) to access your ad account data. This means we never see or store your password, and you can revoke access at any time. Our access is read-only for analysis, meaning we cannot make changes to your campaigns without your direct action within a specific tool.
Navigate to Create > Brands in the left-side panel and click New Brand. For the fastest setup, provide your website URL, and we will automatically fetch key information like your brand description, colors, and logos. Alternatively, you can fill in the brand's name and description manually. Remember to save your brand before navigating away. You can always come back to edit and update your Brand Kit.
Your brand information is the foundation for all content generation in Bestever. When you generate new ads or adapt creatives from our inspiration library, our AI refers to your Brand Kit to ensure the messaging, style, and assets are perfectly on-brand.
Personas are Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) that your brand is primarily focused on. When you create a brand from a URL, we automatically suggest some Personas we think you might want to target. You can edit, delete, or add your own by navigating to your Brand's page and clicking Manage Personas. You can then select these personas in the Composer to ensure the messaging and style of your generated creatives appeal directly to your desired audience.
Absolutely. Bestever is designed for managing multiple brands and ad accounts, making it perfect for agencies or businesses with diverse portfolios. You can easily switch between different connected accounts from the main dashboard.
Our system accesses publicly available information from the Meta Ad Library. When you search for a competitor, we pull their active and historical ads and use our AI to analyze their messaging, creative types (image vs. video), targeting indicators, and promotional strategies. We then compile this into an easy-to-read, shareable executive summary.
- Ask Data Analyst acts like your personal media buyer. It answers questions about performance metrics. For example, "Which audience demographic had the highest conversion value in the last 30 days?" or "Where should I allocate more budget?"
- Ask Creative Analyst acts like your creative strategist. It “looks” into every creative, breaking down videos scene by scene and answers questions about the content of your ads. For example, "What is the winning messaging for engagement?" or "Do ads featuring faces perform better than those without?"
Yes. For any answer generated by our AI analysts, you have the option to "Create Report." This generates a detailed document summarizing the findings and referencing the ads that were analyzed, which you can save and share with your team and clients.
On the homepage, click Make > Brand Ads to open the Composer. Fill in the information about your concept, select the target persona, add any style references or featuring assets, and choose your desired aspect ratio. Once everything looks good, select the AI model you want to use and hit Go. You will get a set of 4 creative variants.
All assets you create on Bestever are available under the Create > Generations tab. They are organized into folders for Image and Video creatives for easier navigation. Generations are dated, so you can easily find and continue working on a specific batch.
Yes, you can edit creatives both manually and with AI prompts
- To edit manually: Hover over a creative and click Preview, then click Edit in Canvas. This opens our editor where you can adjust text, fonts, colors, and move elements around before saving or exporting.
- To edit with a prompt: Hover over the creative and click Remix. Describe the change you want to make, select the AI model, and click Regenerate. The AI will provide 4 new versions based on your new direction.
Yes. Simply hover over one of the creatives and click Remix. In the pop-up, provide a new direction for the creative, change the generative model if you like, and hit Regenerate. The model will try again and give you 4 new versions of the creative based on your feedback

Yes, this is one of our most powerful features. Simply provide a prompt (e.g., "Animate my product images to create an engaging video"), select the product images from your brand kit, and our AI will generate a dynamic video ad, complete with motion, transitions, and text overlays.
No problem. In the Video Ad Composer, you can choose "Generate from AI." Our system will propose several creative concepts (e.g., a UGC-style review, a cinematic product showcase, an unboxing video) based on your brand and target audience. You can simply pick one to get started.
