 The AppSumo tiers don’t match your website plans. What’s the difference?

AppSumo tiers are special lifetime deals. You pay once and get lifetime access to that tier, including all future updates. Our website plans are monthly subscriptions, structured differently. Same product, just a different format.

Will LTD buyers continue to get all new updates and features?

Yes 🎉 AppSumo users will continue to get updates and improvements. Some enterprise-only features (like white-label or custom API) may remain separate, but product-level improvements and new models are included.

How do credits work?

Credits apply only to video generation.

- Roughly ~12.5 credits for a 10s video, ~25 credits for a 30s video.


- Credits renew monthly and unused ones don’t roll over.


- Reports, competitor analysis, and image generations don’t use credits (except Tier 1, capped at 100 images).

Which tiers include video generation?

Starting from Tier 2.

- Tier 2 → 200 credits/month


- Tier 3 → 400 credits/month


- Higher tiers → more credits


- Tier 1 → images only (up to 100 per month)

Can I top up credits?

Right now, credits reset monthly and there aren’t one-time top-ups. We’re working on adding top-ups soon.

 Do competitor slots refresh each month? Can I swap them?

Competitor slots are fixed in Tiers 1 & 2. That means once you add a competitor, the slot is filled and doesn’t reset monthly, even if you delete it. The upside is you get continuous analysis on the ones you add.

- Tier 1 = 4 competitors


- Tier 2 = 20 competitors


- Tier 3+ = unlimited competitors (so you can add/remove freely)
